WARNING : worst place you can go for dentures, my dentures is not completely finished and i paid my share and insurance paid their share in full for a complete denture and they want me to do implant were i saw 3 different dentist of theirs before and not one told me to do so, and they want me to do another when the first is not completed yet. easy for them to say for you to for another denture. Horrible customer service! Also all they will try and do is take more and more money out of you without you needed to get work done. There staff changes all the time! And their current staff and not nice and pleasant to deal with. There work is also not high quality, they all rush and try and get you out of there right away. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Look somewhere else if I was you.
This place doesn't even deserve one star. The staff is disrespectful and rude. The front desk staff is not welcoming or friendly, and I find it disgusting that one girl kept pulling her cellphone out of her top. The billing department has no idea what is going on and lose patients payments. The doctor and hygienist were more concerned about the office gossip and coworkers while doing my procedure rather than how I was doing. This place is a scam, and wouldn't recommend it to anyone! Every time I go there I wait at least an hour. Today I waited two hours! And all I have to do is get looked at. The only reason I'm here is because Dr. Erin Macko was great but this is ridiculous.

I just started at BrookForest Dental this year after having a terrible experience with a former dentist in the area. My 11 year old son has Autism, so finding a dentist who accommodates special needs has always been a challenge. I felt BrookForest Dental went way beyond what I had ever hoped for in a dentist group. RecommendedThe staff is amazing. As a patient you are well informed. If you are an adult on Medicaid you can appreciate their services and prices when having to pay out of pocket. They have options.
