The past couple of visits the waiting has been ridiculous; an hour wait after our appt. for a less than 5 minute retainer check up. I expect a 30 minute wait, 45 is pushing it but a whole hour! Don’t know what happened, they use to be great at the beginning. Maybe it’s only the Thursday staff but this place is disappointing.
i usually hate dentists....but i insanely needed to have a ton of work done major tetth pulled a deep cleaning and everything but they worked with me because i have no health insurance. yes its still expensive and yes it hurts but the doctor did everything i asked. He made me feel as comfortable as possible and im on the road to getting a terrible mouth fixed. Its a dentist office so deal with the issues and the wait and they will take care of you. People are so inpatient

every time I have been there we have to wait 45 minutes or more past our appointment time just to get in a room. the most recent time, they blamed the delay on not having updated insurance info even though I submitted all of the insurance more than a week ago. after one of my three kids was seen I found out that they gave her fluoride without my permission. I had a severe reaction to the fluoride when I was a child and all of my kids have notes in their files saying no fluoride. the hygienist kept making excuses for herself ... read more
