Good crew - mannered and polite workers – You have a good crew here in Salem. They came here after our call for information was so helpful. My husband is 85 and wears hearing aids but I realized he didn’t understand what was being said and he turned to my husband and explained everything so he could hear. He was so patient. Then the work crew was very polite and good workers. They are all to be commended. My next door neighbor will probably be calling you in the spring.

They were great. Did the job in excellent manner! – I can’t tell you how much I appreciate the fact that when I first called you about the leak in my roof that you were out here within two hours to take a look at it, and then when I decided to have a new roof put on you were out here the very next day working on it. You put me ahead of other work commitments and I have a very deep appreciation for that. Your roofing crew was very polite and conscientious and I can’t say enough about each of them. They were great.

Thank you very much – You stayed focused on my problem as if it were your own. Watching for the snow to melt off that roof area, and acting soon after, was outstanding service. Recent heavy and sustained rains provided strong testimony to your good work. The leak is gone! Now I can repair the drywall inside.
