Friendly people and excellent, excellent veterinarians! Dr. Bates takes such very good care of all our many cats and dogs...more cats than dogs but recently performed emergency surgery on our older Shepherd for a twisted stomach and Jeannie is doing great. If I could give more than 5 stars I SURELY would! Thank you Dr Bates for being there for our herd😊
I brought in our 11 week old Lab today for his shots. Everyone was very friendly. Dr.Bates and Sara took very good care of our boy and answered all of my questions. We will definitely be back! Thank you all
My parents dog was attacked tonight and I was terrified. I took him in after closing and even though I am sure they were all exhausted they were eager to stay and make sure he was comfortable and taken care of and proceeded with surgery very quickly. The staff was so nice. I wish I had gotten names so I could thank some of them better. I can't wait to see our dog tomorrow.
