Excellent! Dr. Bates has no "back up" in her - she gives 150% to get the job done.

Best vet out there. We use Dr. Towns for cats, dogs, goats, horses and donkeys. He is not all about the money and his services are always great. We have had him out on many farm calls and he never rushes. We will never go to anyone else.

We had to take our fur baby, Yeller to Macon-Trousdale Veterinary Clinic in a emergency at 9:00 at night. Dr. Kelly met us there. She was so sweet with Yeller, she treated him as if he were her own fur baby. Sadly we lost him during the night, but I feel EVERYTHING possible was done for him. Just the demeanor Dr. Kelly had is making me change Vets. I want to Thank all of you more than you will ever know.

Thank you, Dr. Bates and Trousdale County Veterinary Clinic for taking care of my pup. A late evening attack prompted a lot of panic in finding a place other than Nashville to take my girl. I cannot say enough great things about the kind, caring and affordable care we received. We will definitely be back!
