WOW What a Stay! – Well I have to say I have never experienced something quite like this! Upon check in to the room, the staff was cold and somewhat unapproachable, once in the room getting ready for the night the tub would not drain and at best luke warm shower....awwww REFRESHING! and to top it off the valet damaged my car! What a stay....! BEWARE

Great Location and Very Clean – This is a beautiful hotel and right next to the airport. The lobby is elegant with lots of great places to sit and meet with clients. The parking is a bit tight.

Take advantage of members!!! – They advertise golf, social, dining...but, as members, we can tell you that, since Cannongate has purchased the club, member service has dived! The dining areas are ALWAYS being used for private functions, and not available to members. It's sad that, after a round of golf, you have no place to sit and grab a bite to eat and a beer ---this is nearly an impossible feat at the TPC (East course). Great Hotel!!! – very close to everything. complimentary breakfast was good. room was very clean and the daily housekeeping service was fantastic. check in was great. very friendly staff! most comfortable bed i have ever slept in. overall great stay!!!

Beware of Valet Parking. – I real enjoy downtown Seattle and Homewood Suites is in a great location. The room was great. It was basically an apartment with a full kitchen, living room, bedroom, and a large bathroom with a jacuzzi tub. I could have easily rated this hotel with 5 stars if it wasn't for the valet serice (or lack of valet service). The parking was a nightmare. My wife and I didn't get to the hotel until about 11pm and when we arrived we were told that the valet was off for the evening so we had to park ourselves... read more

STAY AWAY from NYLO in PLANO – In a word...HORRIBLE!!!! Stay away from this bar at NYLO Loft! These idiots overcharged me by $70 AFTER we left!!!! Who does that?? And then they didn't want to give it back. I called them for two days repeatedly. Finally THEY got a hold of the "rightful" charge owner and then decided to give me my money back. I told them that was stealing. I only signed off on $20 and they charged $88. You can't just charge whatever you want. They said oh yes they could!!!! Hospitality with class – The first time I walked into the Hilton in Glendale, I felt a little intimidated because it is large and a pretty classy place. Then I had the chance to work there... and I learned that the employees here really love what they do. Hopefully the remodel included the staff! – I stayed at this gem of a property last June (2010). To say I was disappointed would be an understatement. The descriptions online indicated the rooms were updated, and I would have at the least expected modern and functional. The desk manager on the day I checked in told me if I didn't like they're hotel to go elsewhere, great advice and customer service; I SHOULD HAVE LISTENED. Fantastic Stay And Service! – This is a top-notch, superbly run hotel! I couldn't believe how enjoyable my business stay was here, as hotel stays are usually somewhat inconvenient and a necessary evil. But this was something else!
