One month after getting my car tinted, the film on the rear window started peeling off. When I called to report it, they told me their "warranty doesn’t cover that kind of issue." Clearly using cheap materials and cutting corners. Not worth the money.

I specifically asked for 35% tint, but they installed something much darker, probably around 15%. Now I can’t see well at night, and they refused to redo the job or offer a refund. Terrible customer service and no accountability.

Made an appointment two weeks in advance. Showed up on time and they told me to wait another hour because they were behind schedule. I waited for nearly three hours total, and they barely apologized. No sense of urgency or respect for customers’ time.

I had my car windows tinted here, and within a week, bubbles started forming all over the glass. When I brought it back, they gave me the runaround and blamed it on the weather. Extremely unprofessional, and now I have to pay someone else to fix their mess
