I made my first appointment here today for 3:30pm. Sat in the pedicure chair and nobody ever came for over 40 mins. Eventually, I went to ask what was going on as I had been sitting for over 40 mins. Ended up leaving because I have an infant and I don't have unlimited time to just waste. Meanwhile, someone came in 40 mins after me and was taken care of immediately. I would not recommend this salon. The prices are way over inflated even in COVID times. An acrylic fill is $23, gel polish on top $13 plus they change $2 to cut down just what they grew out. Also change an extra $5 for more than one nail color. So a gel fill ends up being $43. I was scolded for using soap when I washed my hands when instructed. The tech talked to a coworkers the entire time and if that wasn’t bad enough, the gel polish chipped in 3 days. I was given an appointment to get them fixed and the tech wasn’t at the... read more

This was the BEST experience I've ever had at a salon, and I've been around. I love love love how my set of nails came out, no one has EVER done them this well in my life. It was also amazingly priced for service. 12/10 definitely found my new place
When we turned down the more expensive pedicure choices, they proceeded to speak to each other and laugh. Never engaged in one conversation with myself or my two daughters. Rushed and massage was about a minute. I’ll stick with my regular girls at New Image.
