RecommendedExcellent work being done in this spa
I visited the salon today for a pedicure and am 7.5 month pregnant. I asked the nail tech to scrub the side of my left big toe a little more. He scrubbed so hard he took the skin off and caused it to bleed. All he said was sorry. I expected there to be some sort of discount or some acknowledgement at checkout. But he still charged me full price, even though he damaged my skin causing an open wound. I sure hope I do not develop an infection from this. I don't know if I will be returning to this salon. I had my eyebrows microbladed by Chanel. This was a touch up/correction as I have had my eyebrows microbladed in the past at another salon. They turned out better than I could have imagined. She spent a lot of time with me perfecting the measurements before using the blade to be sure everything was perfect. I felt very comfortable. I'm almost 7 months pregnant and wanted to get my first pedicure EVER. beyond happy with my experience! Vinny was very nice and my nails turned out perfect� definitely plan on going back!!
The best of the best! I hosted my wedding party (15+ people) nails here tonight and they were SO accommodating and everyone loved their nails! Kelly has been my nail tech ever since Kevin left and I am soooo pleased. The owner even offered to go to his house to get a bigger table for our food and drinks! I give this salon 5++++ stars!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND. ��
Love this place! I have been to a few other places but Tropical Spalon has the best customer service. I drive 30mins just to come here because their expertise is just unbeatable! Doesn’t matter who you get, Chanel, Vinny, Hieu, Kelly, Tony, everyone is very knowledgeable and always ready to give you nothing but the best experience!
I have been coming here for over 5 years and I love it here. Everyone is so friendly, from the girls at the front desk to the owners Tony and Jasmine who are so nice. You can’t go wrong no matter who does your nails. Hieu is amazing. He did my nails today and he is my go-to nail tech. He remembers you and doesn’t rush through your nails like other places. I tell everyone about this place even though I now live in Newark and work in Wilmington. This place is great !
