Hieu - is my Nail tech I LOVE HIM ... he is gentle, kind, professional and does a beautiful job on my Nails. I am so relaxed the entire time of my visit. This place does not even deserve one star I got my nails done and it looks like a five-year-old did my nails I paid $40 for a refill gel color and it looks like a five-year-old did my nails when my customers ask me where did you get your nails done at I tell them and I told them I would never ever recommend that place... I even told employees who work on my nails that I have cancer please do not squeeze my hands or do they do squeeze my hands twice as hard cut my hands open right next to my fingernails and say how I did it h... read more
Tech never shows up for scheduled appointments . Has to be called at home every time. I had to wait up to 45min. for the tech to even show. What a shame !! I even way over tipped for the services rendered and you would think that would matter !! Worst customer service ever !! You deleted my reveiw on google, but my word around town can't be deleted.
Absolutely love tropical ! was given a gift certificate a few months ago and I'll never go anywhere else. A little pricier then other salons BUT you get what you pay for ! Kelly and Kevin are amazing !
LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! I travel from Newark to Middletown, passing 6 other salons, to get my nails done every other week! Pat did awesome on my patriotic nail design yeaterday!

Never again, Tropical Spa-Lon. Never again. I made an appointment for 7pm, only to arrive and be told it was an "open appointment." When I walked out at 7:15 there were still 3 people ahead of me who also had open appointments. With semi-formal tomorrow I knew it would be crowded. That's why I called and made the appointment! I'll gladly take my money and business to Kingdom Spa.
Have come here for years; Great place and service is wonderful!
I love coming here. Everyone is so friendly and the service is great. Kelly is the best nail tech around. I will never go anywhere else!!
