Very disappointed with this experience. I arrived on time for my appointment and waited over 30 minutes, but no one ever showed up. I called multiple times and received no answer, and I never got a text, call, or any communication explaining what was happening. To make matters worse, my ClassPass credits were still taken even though the appointment never happened. This level of customer service is unacceptable.
