I had a class pass appointment today, and after getting ready and driving to the place the spa was closed. I called the number they have on the door, no answer. Please don’t go to this place!
This is a horrible place. I’m only giving one star because I can’t give 0. This “business” is on ClassPass and I booked a massage for today a Saturday at 3:00 PM. After scheduling my Saturday around this appointment, I arrive 20 minutes early per their policy and come to find out the place is closed. I rang the bell, no one there. I called MULTIPLE times, no answer. I also see the "cleaning lady" go in, and I went again and she tell I'm the cleaning lady I don't know where is the owner. I had an appointment for Saturday at 4:00pm. I received an email confirming the appointment. I drove 35 minutes to this place and got there at 3:45, when I got there the door was locked, I rang the bell multiple times and no one answered, I called the number on the door and the one on the email confirmation and no answer, I texted the numbers and message them on ig and no answer.
