I placed an mobile order by mistake, I have a hard time not seeing too good, I then immediately tried to cancel through the app, but was unable to. I called the store and explained to them that I made an mistake placing an order. The employee told me that's not their problem and was unable to refund my money so I took this as an loss I never had an problem before at any other restaurant like this. Very bad customer service. I will not order from them again!
