I walked into this Tropical Smoothie Cafe location and was immediately disappointed by the lack of professionalism. One of the staff members behind the counter was literally working in an undershirt. The entire team came off as immature and completely unsupervised. It is clear this location is poorly managed. I won't be returning.
I came to tropical smoothie as a post partum mother because all I can keep down is smoothies and simple meal like eggs and wow. The service was absolutely terrible. The girl at the cash register was on her phone the entire time and when I asked her a simple question about the menu she said “I don’t know” with an attitude. To top it off, my smoothie was seedy and ‘griney’, shortly after I started to eat my all American breakfast which then made me vomit in my car. 0 stars and I’ll never come to this location again.
Food Order was not delivered I had to go pick it up at the store and food was missing a lot of ingredients
I ordered food online for delivery and the guy took my food back it won’t let me get refund unless I contact the store AND THERES NO WAY FOR ME TO DO That
Suppose to close and stop selling smoothies at 9 pm as advertised not 850 pm I rush to get there and got totally disappointed
