I have always gotten great service here by the only person I have ever seen working who says she is the manager who I have tried to tip in person when using the app, she stated she can not accept tips. Recently the tropical smoothie App requires you to give a tip on your online order. When you are only having one person in the building working and that person is the manager who can not accept tips why on earth would you make tips mandatory for orders. Horribly made smoothies this past month, prior to these new employees it was great, has been nothing but disappointing recently. Will not be going back until management can teach people how to make your product correctly. Smoothie was more water than fruit, had no flavor. This has been a consistent issue recently.
I am an avid customer here but lately I’ve been not wanting to order from them. Seems like the last few times I have ordered either it’s not made right or they are out of something or they don’t give me everything that I ordered. I always pre order before I get there and it say 10 minutes and I always give them at least 15 minutes and lately my stuff has not been ready when I get there. I’m starting to get very disappointed with going there and they are about to lose my business.
Stopped in a few times now, we have—and consistent the Force has been. Staff always friendly, service quick, and the smoothies? Powerful, they are. Came in with the family for a smoothie run and disappointed we were not. The Sunrise Sunset, Jetty Punch, and Avocolada were all smooth, fresh, and delicious—each sip a small victory for balance in the galaxy. Orders taken swiftly, smiles given freely. If you don’t train your employees how to make a good smoothies , you’ll soon to be out of business ! You have all the ingredients and the book tells you what to add into the blenders ! But your employees fail to do that , then I don’t know what to say ! I went and got my detox smoothies, it was disappointed ! It’s like you blend ice with green vegetables.. LIKE SERIOUSLY! follow the instructions pin the damn book !
