The smoothies were really good but kind of pricey. They have a great variety of food also. We will be back and try some other options. The person running the drive up windows was very helpful im helping us pick what we wanted since it was our first time and a lot of variety on the menu.
I love Tropical smoothie but I always hate going to the one on Soncey customer service not good.. But KAYLIN has won me over with her great customer service skills... 10/10 just for her !
Staff was not welcoming. Stood in line waiting to have my order taken and not one person greeted me or even told me they would be with me shortly. Waited for over 5 minutes like that. Gentleman that took my order rung up the incorrect smoothie intentionally I’m thinking, (Ohana instead of watermelon smoothie), and instead of asking me what side I wanted with my combo he put no side. When the food was dropped off we asked about the chips and were told the guy who rung us up put no side.
