Their bowls are pre frozen, not fresh, and I received a bowl that was so frozen, I couldn’t dig my spoon in to eat it and when it did finally start to thaw it was a stringy and sugary mess. Absolutely terrible.
This location is in competition with Hobby Lobby for the Guiness Book of World Records for the slowest service ever.
I normally don’t go to tropical smoothie ever because the wait is horrendous. I went a couple days ago and the wait was pretty bad for a fast food establishment. when I ordered the quesadillas the sauce that comes with them was barely half the container. I felt like the staff members felt as if I was inconveniencing them.
Don't go there with a large bill they won't be able to serve you.
