The Acai bowl was good in flavor but WAYYYYYY too melted!! Acai bowls are supposed to be thick, not runny!! Stop putting them in the microwave to thaw the pre frozen bowls out.
I was a little upset because I was told that other smoothie king make pup cups. What’s it cost $.20 to put a spoonful of yogurt in a cup? Normally not a big deal, but I’m teaching my puppy about car rides and I was excited for him to have a treat at the end of the ride to give him a good experience. That’s what I think I’m upset about but still it’s $.20.

I just want to let yall know what a great job your GM Shonnie is doing. I had an order delivered last week that was totally incorrect, which is inconvenient but stuff happens. I called and spoke to someone that day and they told me a refund would be issued. I waited a few days because I know sometimes it takes a few days for a bank to issue a refund.
