My food was old and smell very bad I tried to talk to the staff about it and he caught attitude with me and hung up in my face.

I came in with my young son today to grab 2 smoothies for us. They were ready and waiting in the cubes when we arrived, which never happens at the delray location. Anyway, one of the workers Nyla (sorry not sure spelling) saw I had my hands full and offered me a drink carrier. She came over with it in a bag and placed the drinks in there for me, then proceeded to open the door for us on the way out. Amazing customer service! Thank you Nyla!

I rarely leave reviews, but I felt the need to share my experience. Unfortunately, this location has gone downhill. The customer service is disappointing, and many of the newer employees seem untrained and unsure of what they’re doing. What stands out the most is the lack of enthusiasm and professionalism. Back in January, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and made customers feel appreciated. I recently visited this location and had a very disappointing experience. From the moment I walked in, no one greeted or welcomed me, and the overall atmosphere felt unprofessional with very low energy from the staff. The young woman with orange braids working the register was rude throughout the interaction. She did not smile once, seemed annoyed while taking my order, and made me feel like I was bothering her by being there.
