On July 30th, I ordered two Acai bowls and paid $24.87. One was an Acai with Nutella, it was made wrong….with mostly fruit and no base. After waiting 15 minutes, I asked to have the Nutella bowl remade because the proportions were off. Joanah initially told me no, he could’ve remake it, then said I have to wait 30+ to have it be remaid. Other customers came in, paid, and received their orders before me.
