Very unhappy about my drink, went back to the counter to let ELIZABETH,(if that’s her correct name she gave) know that my drink didn’t taste right. She states to me what you mean? Worst experience I ordered a drink wrong and I told them it was wrong and they refused to make the drink the right way they refused to give me a refund. now I’m disputing the transaction. Also the staff tried to hold my recipient and my drink once I asked them to remake my drink and give me a refund which is very weird

I just wanted to shout out Jenelli for her amazing customer service! I placed my order through Uber Eats instead of the store’s app, and she still went out of her way to make sure everything was correct. She even came out to my car to double-check if I wanted my usual order with modifications or as-is. That kind of attention to detail and personal touch really stood out — thank you, Jenelli, for going above and beyond!
