Something went wrong with the app when I placed my online order, and even though I was charged, I was told they had no record of it and that the refund would “automatically” process. I didn’t even make it inside because this was an online order, yet the lack of care was unbelievable. They basically took the money, offered no real help, and clearly expected me to pay again—which I obviously wasn’t going to do. For a $27 charge on just two items, this is unacceptable. Very unhappy about my drink, went back to the counter to let ELIZABETH,(if that’s her correct name she gave) know that my drink didn’t taste right. She states to me what you mean? I said the drink it’s right, something not right, it tastes like water… ELIZABETH tells me I have to pay for another one in order for her to make it.. maybe use less water!! Worst experience I ordered a drink wrong and I told them it was wrong and they refused to make the drink the right way they refused to give me a refund. now I’m disputing the transaction. Also the staff tried to hold my recipient and my drink once I asked them to remake my drink and give me a refund which is very weird
