I am a regular customer and yesterday was my worst experience the smoothie was almost watery. The attitude from the staff was not like as usual, and those crew that was there yesterday remain I will not be coming back.
I stop by TS 2-3 mornings per week to get a smoothie. They’re always so good but the service and wait time has drastically changed in the last month. On several different occasions customers are at the ordering mic for 10 minutes before being asked for their order only to then pull around and wait an additional 15-20 minutes for a smoothie. Can we sprinkle back in some of the staff that came for the grand opening? The smoothies are great, but maybe not worth a 25-30 minute wait.
I am a die hard fan of tropical but today that may have died due to them not knowing their product that they are selling to the tea. So be careful on what you order and ask a lot of questions to keep this situation from happening again.
The milk shakes are not good. The flavor is bland and you're not able to use a straw, way too thick. They're in fact not milkshakes, but ice cream in a cup. Service was slow.
