I was able to speak with the general manager and her team lastnight while waiting for my food and they are warm and welcoming. My smoothie was watered down a little and they fixed it for me right then and there. The food was good i just feel like the toppings on my flat bread could have been evenly spread out ( which i didnt notice until i got home ) but other than that it was really good!!! Walked in to make an order/ gain clarification on how to order the free smoothie with a flatbread in the App I was not greeted (though there are about 5 people working-they seemed more focused on their conversation than the customers), i was not acknowledged (I did receive some side eyes😒), 2 customers orders were incorrect and there was no apology offered or an estimated time to have their order fixed, and waited nearly 10 minutes before I decided to leave Smoothie sale is all week; I'll try again on another day.
Please owners of this establishment train the young ladies that work there. I stood in line for 8 mins without a single, hello we will be right with you, nothing!. We ended up living. They are on the phone, singing all loud. I usually have a ok experience. But yeah no
