Picked up 4 smoothies and 1 cover wasn't put on right and spilled all over bag....called in they said no problem come back anytime Went back a week later and they said they know nothing about it...Took a pic the day it happened and showed The owner and he said it wasn't good enough..Lol wow I'm not a kid trying to get something for free but o.k We will never go back ! How stupid can they be.....Operation is run by crap anyway so don't really want to give them my money anyway
I've been coming here on and off when Im out of town but today is the last time I'll be stopping by. I paid $10 for a smoothie I asked to have no sugar. Nobody was making the smoothies so they had 4 customers waiting while this poor girl ran out of change and had to ring me up AND make the smoothies. Also what kind of management is this when a restaurant runs out of basic things like towels? Always clean solid crew maybe even the best of Long Island
This location is usually on my way to work staff is not friendly at all I simply inquired of if strawberries was added to my order just to make sure and lady gave me the nastiest attitude and said “ I’m making it “ and continued to slam things this is my last time here
