I’ve gone here often with no issue. Today I went and ordered a Mango Magic smoothie. I was given a cup full of icy pineapple water. When I voiced my concern and displeasure an older white man rudely and condescending told me that’s how they’re always made. Which is not true as this is my go to order. I am extremely disappointed with the entire affair. Tossed it right into the garbage since he didn’t really care about quality control. I’ll be going to the location in Moon from now on I’ve never had issue there.
Would not recommend. Ordered a blueberry bliss smoothie and it had no taste at all. No hint of blueberry and not a hint of sweet. This was the blandest smoothie I have ever had.
Avocolada is sure to send you right to the bathroom. Rancid brown avocados, consume at your own risk! Reached out to management and they can care less.
It never seems to fail when I ask for extra cheese on my quesadilla I never ever ever get extra cheese in fact it's thin and crispy and too hard to bite into every time at every location and I'm made to feel crazy when I ask them to please make sure to put extra cheese cuz no one ever puts extra cheese.. Original: I LOVE TROPICAL SMOOTHIE CAFE!!! I get the same thing every time at every location.
