The worst customer service experiences I’ve encountered at this location. Wont be back and you can tell the staff there does not care about the company image they wind-up poorly representing. The customer ahead of me had their order mishandled, and I soon found myself in the same boat — waiting nearly 20 minutes for my drinks with no update or acknowledgment. I went on there to get some food and the employees gave me weird looks and didn't even spell my name right which my name is spelled Ian not ean terrible service when I asked what's new on the menu they said sorry were dealing with customers very rude and disrespectful
Tried it again, girlfriends drink came with a piece of an employee's hair extension wrapped around it. They say they take sanitation seriously but don't. Gonna let the health department know they need help. Wonder how sanitary are the foods we like....
