Placed the order via app. Showed up early because I didn't mind a wait. My food and smoothie were already made and ready to go. Problem #1 is this: they made the smoothie too soon so it was already melted to pure liquid. I've had Tropical Smoothie Cafe smoothies before and that is not how they should be. Problem #2: I tried numerous times to call and speak to someone with no answer, only a machine that said "try again later". I've never had this issue before at any other location. Feels like none of the workers want to be there. They give you a look of disgust when you walk in the door. Just drive 10 minutes down to glenpool, they are so much nicer and welcoming there
