half of the staff doesn’t speak english but they are nice. the other half that does speak english is a bunch of rude little teenagers that act better than everyone. we went here today. asked the guy how’s he’s doing and didn’t say ANYTHING the whole time. didn’t greet us at the window nor told us how much it was. literally said NOTHING. service is slow. it sucks because i love their smoothies but they need a new staff asap
Need new staff asap. I went here today and the staff didn’t say one word to me. No customer service at all. This is not a major problem to me personally, but ordering food and almost feeling guilty for ordering it is never a great feeling. Felt like a bother. I’ll be going to the Irwin location from now on.
Current review: I love tropical smoothie Cafe and I finally took my coworkers there after a lot of convincing and unfortunately this experience sucked. They made my smoothie wrong and they completely forgot about my two co-workers food orders so we sat there and wasted our whole break. I'm not a fan of the new manager if that's who she is with the long braids.. I constantly have issues now. She didn't even bother to apologize. I miss the old manager. Service is always quick and good but it’s hit or miss on the quality of your smoothie and depends on the person making your drinks. On a previous visit, I ordered 4 smoothies. Two of the smoothies tasted like blended water specifically the green drink with ginger and one of the drinks with strawberries. This is really frustrating because each drink is almost 10 dollars per drink. Another frustrating factor is when you go to the site to look at the drinks and click on smoothies nothing comes up and you cant see the drinks….
