AWFUL customer service. It’s bad enough they take forever to make a single order and mess it up almost every single time but the lack of customer service is absolutely ridiculous. The manager is rude and so is the store owner. Go anywhere else!

Just a poor quality place all around, poor customer service, poor work ethic from employees, poor service. You’ll definitely wait 20 minutes for your smoothie so if you’re in a rush I’d suggest going elsewhere, If you expect to be treated with respect same thing.

I’ve never had such a disrespectful experience at a Tropical Smoothie. My order was made completely wrong, and when I called, the employee first told me they were out of lettuce and that’s why it wasn’t on my sandwich. Then suddenly the “store owner” claimed they did have lettuce and that I supposedly ordered it with no lettuce and no tomatoes — which was absolutely not true and NOT listed on my receipt. Not a customer review, but Tuesday I was interviewed. Wednesday sent my availability to get an answer about hiring. Thursday was called and confirmed I was hired. Friday I came in to do my paperwork. Waited all weekend to get a schedule as I was told I’d start Monday. Messaged the assistant, waited all day Sunday for a response. Around 5pm yesterday I was told the store manager and husband didn’t like my availability and no longer had the job.
