Stopped in for a smoothie, but ended up grabbing a wrap for lunch as well. Friendly service and delicious smoothies, and the jerk chicken wrap was outstanding.
I emailed them about an unpleasant experience I had and the owner emails back and gives me a formal notice and threatens me with harassment. I was sent to pick up a door dash order, being 3rd in line, the staff deliberately ignored me and after helping 2 other people that came in separately and several minutes after me, I finally spoke up! I stopped by Tropical Smoothie Cafe on Sunday night with my two 8-year-old daughters. We ordered smoothies, and while we waited, my girls sat at the high tops near the counter. The young man making the smoothies was absolutely wonderful. Not only was he efficient and focused on making the drinks, but he was also kind and engaging with my daughters. I wanted to take a moment to shout out Liz! She was so helpful and gave great recommendations on food and smoothies! Her friendly presence was exactly what I needed that day! Go Liz at Knoxville Cumberland Ave location!!
Wow this place is great! Liz suggested a quesadilla and i was hooked and very happy with everything. Go there now not later.
