Took my order when it was closed and still have not received my refund. Have called every day and their mailbox is full. Totally unacceptable and illegal. Don’t order here
They forgot my salsa for my quasadilla. Completely unacceptable. With the cost of the food and then to not even get everything. Do better to mind your orders.
It's almost 8:00AM rn, they're supposed to be open according to their website and historically, but they're not. Pretty disappointed because I could've stopped at a different one earlier in my route, but I just figured I'd go here. Can't turn around now. Started thinking about it, and I've had multiple negative experiences here. Anywhere from being overcharged, to not even blending my smoothie enough for me to drink out of a straw, just straight ice and fruit chunks. I genuinely don't think they care.
