This review is solely based on the experience I had this evening with a young girl with brunette hair. She was working the evening/night shift. I submitted a pickup order around 8:35pm fully aware that they close at 9pm. I arrived at 8:50pm to pick up my order that was already ready to go. When I walked in I was not greeted by anyone. Was told they couldn’t make food since everything was cleaned although it was 20-30 mins before close
Walked in 20 minutes before close, place was empty, I know it was late… but they ignored us at the counter for 5 minutes and then said they’ll only do smoothies bc they already cleaned up for food. I’ve worked this an exact position before… I know it’s frustrating when they’re like 5 minutes till close. Even then, I rewashed the tools I used. Closing tasks come AFTER close. They had plenty of time and people to serve us and just didn’t? The attitudes and ignoring was also WILD.
