Long wait. Waited over 15 minutes. Could not get out of line while in the drive thru. When i finally got my food and took it back to work... There was scrambled eggs pieces stuck to my sandwich. Could not return because I had to get back to work. I have kids who are allergic to eggs and usually i share my sandwich with them and it would have been a big problem had i went home and given them a piece of my sandwich. Sandwich was cold.
Business doesn't close till 10. They changed hours from closing at 10 to closure at 9. But not untill Sunday the 4th of January 2026. So why was my wife spoken to rudely and denied service when ya'll were clearly open till 10? Got to he joking!
This is my favorite location to visit! Although it can be tricky w ordering via the drive thru menu board, service is always spot-on friendly. Food is good &
I'm finally going to speak out because Tropical Smoothie hasn't even reached out to follow up. My husband was assaulted by an employee/manager when he asked for his order to be made right. She hit him in the face with her hand and threw her headset at him. Then launched herself at him to keep attacking. He sidestepped her and she went for another employee before running out the door with her sister. All was caught on video. Cops were called. Management and corporate have not followed up to even check on him. Watch yourselves... read more
