I had a disappointing experience at Tropical Smoothie today. I ordered 2 chicken pesto sandwiches, a quesadilla, and 2 smoothies. There was some confusion at the drive-thru, but I corrected the order twice at the window. Despite confirming everything, my receipt still showed 3 chicken pesto (I only wanted two), 1 quesadilla, and 2 smoothies. When I got my order, I had 3 chicken pesto , 2 smoothies, and no quesadilla. The smoothies are great! The young ladies that worked today need to work on customer service skills. They were using profanity in front of customers. That’s not cute or Ok. Too many young folks think it’s ok but it wasn’t ok back then and it’s not now! No respect!
BEE IS A ROCKSTAR. Bee, Destiny and Sunny made my day. The food is always fresh and delicious. They even ask you how your day was and serve your food and refreshing smoothies with a smile. All three of them have awesome positive attitudes. I look forward to my next trip to this location on JFK because they always are so thoughtful.
