Visited the Tropical Smoothie Cafe on Atlantic Ave in Delray and had a really disappointing experience. The employee working at the time was rude and dismissive, and it felt like basic customer service was completely lacking. I’m not someone who usually leaves negative reviews, but the interaction stood out enough to mention. A smoother, more respectful approach would make a big difference here. Management should take a closer look at customer service at this location.
Young ladies gave great customer service
We love coming here for smoothies! Last time we tried the food as well, and really enjoyed it! The staff is super friendly and helpful. We dropped two of our smoothies on the way out, and they were happy to remake them, help us clean up, and also left us a special note on our new smoothie. Thank you so much! We will be back for sure!
Hours said they opened at 7, I showed up and the open sign was on, yet the door was locked and the lights were off? A little disappointed bc i then had to order through the app and paid double the price even though "no one was there" to open the door, but they could take my order through the app? I can understand closing early after you've cleaned up and a last minute customer walks in, but opening late is a bit different in my opinion🤷🏻♀️
