I’ve had a bad experience at the Tropical Smoothie Cafe in Murrells Inlet, SC, two days in a row, on 3/21/2025 and 3/22/2025. Yesterday, I ordered a Baja chicken wrap for my Dad, and it was missing the beans, rice, and avocado. The only thing when it was chicken, lettuce, and tomato. Today my dad & mom ordered an island green smoothie and a detox island green smoothie. Ordered in the drive-thru, was greeted by a very sweet friendly young lady Kaylee that helped me with my order when I didn’t know exactly what I wanted, when most would have lost patience not knowing what exactly to order! Nice service w a smile and excellent tasting smoothie!
Great customer service, clean location and excellent options to choose from the menu. I order Mocha Madness, Peanut Paradise, Sunshine Smoothie and Acai Bowl with Nutella. A +
