As soon as we walked in the door, we were greeted with a big welcome in! The establishment was clean. The restrooms were clean and fresh smelling. The cashier was really friendly and helped me figure out what I wanted! It was Soooo many options! I told him what I was looking for and his suggestion was amazing but simply. I asked for a food modification I paid extra for and they did not do it, they forgot and as I asked again, they gave me attitude, proceeded to snatch things up and slammed my drink down in front of me. I felt so embarrassed. When I walked out I could hear their manger laughing at me.
Went today to redeem my birthday reward. I got the Dragonfruit Passion a smoothie and chicken pesto flatbread. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They made me feel special on my birthday. I will come back back soon.
Walking in, the area was super clean and neat. The staff were very welcoming as you walk in. We stopped in around lunch and only had a 1-2 minute wait. Got a chicken bacon ranch flat bread and blimey limey smoothie that was perfect! They also provided discount for first responders! We will definitely be returning here soon.
Everything about tropical smoothie is great, but I am not sure what has happened to the portion sizes. I cannot believe how much the sizes of the wraps have changed. I used to eat half and save the other half for later and half is not enough for my lunch any longer due to the size. It’s disappointing because the prices should indicate otherwise. Still delicious.
