The Blueberry bliss smoothie is great!
My husband and I have spent alot of money on this place over the years. We are tired of the terrible customer service at this point. The manager(Anthony) said they are more concerned with keeping the money we paid for an item we never received rather than making sure we get the item that we paid for and didn’t receive.
Me and my bro ordered smoothie and food. They brought the food but no smoothie was delivered. Doordash said they are the one to deal with problems related to missing items, tropical smoothie said its on doordash. We ordered it from tropical smoothie website, not doordash. Tropical smoothie said they apologize and will contact doordash to figure out the solution and will call us back. They never did call back. Do not order delivery from them ever. They are partnered with Doordash and you order food on Tropicalsmoothecafe website , not doordash. When a driver forgets something and does not respond doordash will tell you to contact the merchant(tropicalsmoothie) and tropicalsmoothie will say to contact doordash. When you tell them doordash said it is on them , they will say they will contact them and call you back , they never did. These problems with delivery have happened multiple times.
