I ordered a smoothie and waited outside the window for 10 minutes and a young man was as sitting on his phone ignoring us. I pulled around to let him know that there button was broken and he said that he just unplugged it and that it’s not his fault in a very rude tone. Then continued to point and talk about me to his co workers. Tropical has always had a great environment but this was the worst costumer service I have had from them.
This place is so very funny dawg my buddy ordered before me and I got my stuff before him I drank my 3/4 of the way done before my friend got his I found this so very funny but they were cool about it and they were lowkey chill
Great service and smoothies, love the place.
