I seriously have no clue how this location has more than one star. I have been coming here for the last five years and have never once had a good experience. Every time either my silverware is forgotten. A straw is forgotten. A drink is forgotten or an item of food is forgotten of mine or messed up and not to mention how long they take to make orders. Picked up an order from here earlier today. No straws, mushy bananas and the wrong food items. Stuff like this seems to happen alot at this location.
Always very long wait in drive thru and this last time while eating my chipotle chicken wrap the end of a lettuce bundle fell out and was black on the inside. That's how you get people sick.
