Re-reviewing because this location has improved dramatically since I left my initial, very negative review. I will say I still avoid this location on holidays after getting burned because they didn't close themselves on the app. They may have also improved in this regard. I haven't tested it. It does tend to get very busy, particularly at lunch, but quality and overall service level is good.
