There's never any parking because the tropical smoothie spots are ALWAYS taken even with the restaurant being empty. Waited at drive thru for over ten minutes. No one there. Drove up to the counter the kids were incredibly rude. No one has a headset on and they were goofing off. NEVER asked if I wanted to order I said I told them I did. And the kid responded then make an order. I drive off. NOT GIVING MY MONEY TO RUDE BUSINESS. I was a regular. Not anymore And it's your employees taking up customer spots
I love getting my morning smoothie here at the Michigan Ave location twice a week. I come at the same time every visit — between 7:00 and 7:05am. This morning, however, I watched the employee walk in at 7:01, and she told me a couple minutes later over the drive-thru speaker that they were not open yet.
