I usually enjoy tropical smoothie however my interaction at this particular location I feel was unacceptable. Brittany had a horrible attitude. When I walked in, lady was mopping the floor which is fine, I was patient and she was nice. However, I stood at the counter for 5 mins as everyone just looked at me and didn’t acknowledge me even waiting to place an order. Fast and yummy
My first time in this establishment and the two lovely ladies (Brittney and samatha) were very knowledgeable, helpful and kind. The food was warm and fresh. The customer service was a 10/10. Thank you ladies for being so welcomming to me and my daughter.
Oliver was amazing in taking my order, gave me suggestions on what was good and made sure I was happy
