I don't understand why they have a website.But they don't put the hours of operation with the open and you're trying to call these people. I don't understand how company staying business
The store was closed clearly during operational hours. Talk about A wasted lunch break
Worst experience I’ve had at a tropical smoothie. Was told they stop selling food a hour before closing time in addition to them laughing when asking is this what they normally do. To top it off my smoothie wasn’t even filled to the top of the cup.
Menu doesn’t clarify say that the granola has nuts, had to throw out the order.
My only complaint is the consistency of the smoothie. Mine is always watery. Other than that, my order is always on time and food is good.
