Best tropical smoothie location in the whole DMV !!!
The worst system for redeeming points and the attitude of the workers there. They have no knowledge of how it works. This is not the first time this happens. If they can’t train your staffs and have better system then don’t do business. I have spent thousands in the past few months. Order a lot for my company and when I try to redeem 1 drink, it never works.
Been to this location several times and the staff are always friendly and efficient. Today they didn’t have any protein powder options, but otherwise I’ve been satisfied with the food. (Update: protein powder shortage has struck again, though it’s not super common, just the two times)
Had the best experience being helped by Diego. Very pleasant and an absolute angel. Thank you again for making my day.
