Bad service, drab atmosphere, bad food. Huge bummer because normally these chains are solid. Not returning.
Smoothie is fine.. but the employees?! Yall. I came in, two teenage girls, in silence. No welcome in, nothing. The only words that came out of the cashiers mouth was “here’s your change” and the girl with the braids that’s making the smoothies keeps touching her hair and face, then immediately touching food and fruit and I can watch it happen.. pretty gross especially after I’ve paid for my smoothie. The staff here is usually nice but I walked In at 11:40 ish, just for a bag of chips and a soda, the girl didn’t greet me just kept making smoothies and trying to avoid eye contact with me, I waited for about 5 min bcs I was kinda in a rush and nothing happened so I just walked out!
Was not able to make an order at 8:43 pm worker stated they close at 8:40 even tho the hours of operation states 9 pm
