I ordered 2 items through delivery via the app, and wanted to add strawberries on my PB banana crunch flatbread, but it wasn’t an option in the app(there’s an option to substitute bananas for strawberries, but I wanted both bananas and strawberries so this was not a solution for me). The girl at the front counter was incredibly rude. I'm not sure if she's a new employee as I did not recognize her. When I ordered from this rude girl, I explained I have a very serious pineapple allergy. She did not notify the workers who were making my order. I do not know if she did it intentionally or not. But I did NOT appreciate the emergency trip to the ER when my throat swelled up. Will not be visiting this particular location ever again. It felt like the rude girl tried to kill me.
If you can go to any other tropical smoothie in Tallahassee please do, it will save you from disappointment. Ordered online and had my boyfriend pick up on his way home. A piece of my quesadilla was missing, there were only 3 pieces when I’ve always been given 4. Was also a literal mess, everything that should have been inside the quesadilla was thrown around the takeout box. I have never received something so horrible and inedible from tropical smoothie. I will never order from this location again.
