Have loved the smoothies here, but I had a frustrating experience with the birthday reward policy. My birthday fell on a day the store was closed (Easter), and they wouldn’t allow me to redeem it afterward. Staff all claimed that’s just how it is. It would be great if there were a little flexibility for situations like this—especially when closures are outside of the customer’s control and I got sent an email to claim my birthday reward.
