Crow was welcoming, attentive, and friendly.
I am a semi-regular customer at Port Republic location in Harrisonburg, VA. The Manager, Stephanie, is the best customer service related manager I have ever seen! She remembers everyone’s name, always has a smile on her face, she’s friendly as can be and provides quick and spot in service. She is the primary reason we stop so often! The smoothies are excellent and the açaí bowl of pretty good as well. But, it’s the service from Stephanie that stands out!
I had a great experience! My green smoothies was my best, and the employees were incredibly kind and welcoming especially Pasha. Their positive attitude really made a difference. Highly recommend!
Ryan was a pleasure - Very friendly and efficient! Excellent smoothie as well.
