So I’m in Tropical Smoothie right Me && another young lady waiting standing side by side by the counter. So the smoothie comes up he calls “Katie” Immediately looks at the other young lady who’s white && says here you go MIND you I’m standing next to her I took my mask off && smiled && said real funny I’m Katie. He looked so stupid the other girl was like wow I walked out laughing! I honestly felt some type of way

I love Tropical Smoothie Cafe on South Florida! It's my Go-To for swinging by to pick up a quick salad or smoothie while I'm dashing around town for my job or taking a salad back to the office. I love the APP and the discounts that come along with it! So easy to order and just walk up to the counter and my order is waiting for me. No Line! The crew there is the best! Ordered two smoothies and two sandwiches...one sandwich wasnt even the one i ordered get half way done with my smoothie to find a thread of some sort on my tounge.wont be using this location again. I will stick with Winter Haven Location!
The service here is always backed up and slow. There are 10 or more people in line and only 1 cashier. Really and it’s lunch time in downtown Lakeland. #stepupyourservice I love my north side Tropical Smoothie place.
Haven’t eaten all day. Hangry. Asked for no lettuce and instead avocado, cuz of this E. Coli breakout on romaine... I have lettuce on my flatbread. No avocado. It’s swimming in sauce. And my detox island green smoothie taste like watered-down, unripe bananas. Great job, y’all. I’ll drive to North End next time ugh
Never had problem with this location always quick and courteous, chia banana boost is my favorite!!
