Love this place!! Pomegranate Plunge smoothie is my favorite.
I love their Detox Island Green! This is my second time I order the smoothie with my husband. And he loves it!
I have been coming here at leat 3 times a week since moving to Jacksonville in August. My boyfriend always hated that we went so much but I liked the option of the fruit medley side choice. I also loved the turkey wrap. I know you jave other good options but as someone who can't do any kind of spice things the options are limited.
This is the second time I've gotten a salad to go, only to realize once I'm home that they have given me chicken instead of Beyond Meat like I ordered. Both times, a solution has been agreed upon, but this is the last time I'll be ordering from this location. If only the employees put as much effort into paying attention to the customer's order as they did making fun of them. Ive never experienced another location that hires employees with such a lack of respect, listening skills, and basic customer service.
I never do this but I have been coming to this tropical smoothie for over 10 years and have never in my life been so disrespected. The girl making the smoothie was beyond rude I asked her if she was sure the smoothie I ordered was made right considering I orders peaches and silk and my smoothie was red... And tasted nothing like it and that's what I've been ordering for years...
