Go to the Atlantic & Kernan location if you want the right food. DO NOT order from this location on Grubhub! I ordered 3 sandwiches, 3 bags of chips and a smoothie. One of the sandwiches was supposed to be a chicken pesto flatbread but instead, they gave me a bbq chicken flatbread. I also ordered 2 bags of bbq chips and a bag of salt and vinegar...they gave me 2 bags of sea salt and one bag of bbq!
Our order got missed. when the food got to us, some of the sandwiches were wrong and the food was not good I will not recommend this restaurant based on this experience.
I won’t be back to the Jax Beach location. Charged me extra for extra ginger and then didn’t even put it in after giving me attitude about asking why I was charged extra. I’ll stick with the nice people at Atlantic and Kernan location. As for the jax beach one? Please hire decent people or close.
I go here everyday for breakfast but today was just not a good day I guess. So I asked for a beach bum comes with chocolate banana and strawberries I didn’t want the strawberries so I asked for coconut instead they usually ask white or dark chocolate but didn’t and when I got the smoothie they gave me white chocolate and strawberries are in the smoothie I said that’s not what I ordered and the guy gave me attitude about it took my smoothie and just put dark chocolate in it now it’s all soupy. Awful service went today ordered a Caesar salad and Sprite no one in the place for five people behind the counter too busy counting their tips to bother making my food or waiting on me. Got my money back and went to fire house next door.

Truly sad. Back when TSC came to the beaches it was a happy uplifting place. Now 10 years later the girl at the register wasn’t even wearing a uniform shirt or hat. Go Yankees I guess. Her attitude was a complete turn off to the location. I came in with my girlfriend who was gonna try something new, the girl kept asking if we were done while my girlfriend was trying to make her decision, there was nobody in line behind us.
