OMG!! This was absolutely horrible, the one on PSL Blvd. I ordered 3 smoothies the lady didn’t know how to redeem my gift cards, so I said do you not take them here. She took them out of my hand and said yes she does then proceeded to attempt to use them. She was having trouble she called someone on the telephone then was yelling in a different, swinging her arms around angrily. We went there for the free flip flop event and ended up leaving. It was horrible.
Rude management petty remarks and makes you feel less of a customer if you come in on flip flop day
On free smoothie day, my fiance asked if they could make the smoothie without mangoes as he is allergic and cannot have them. He was refused the request depsite the fact they have everything to make them and have been making several fresh ones daily for the line of customers. He was very polite about the situation and asked why couldn't they do that. They told him they just won't accommodate him and told him that he needs to leave the restaurant. Went here almost a week ago, and they are just now taking the money out of my account, overdrafting it and putting it in the negative. Why wait almost a whole week to post to somebody's account? Huh?
