Update 7/7/15 - just got out replacement smoothies and they are great! Much better than last time. Thanks for the great customer service and for making it effort to make things right! We will definitely be going back! --- Got blueberry bliss & island green smoothies today and hey taste like ice with a splash of flavor. Very disappointed. I used to love tropical smoothie cafe but it seems like they've cut back on quality.
The salads and smoothies here are great, but unfortunately for me, tonight my girlfriend bought me their new spinach salad. The salad was delicious, so good it didn't even need dressing. Towards the end Of finishing my salad I took a frock full of greens with bacon. As I was chewing I felt something hard, which I thought was stale bacon (I love stale crispy bacon) but it actually ended up being a zip tie which was half down my throats until I realized I was choking. Me and my wife had wraps it was very good and the smoothies very delicious I enjoyed it it's a nice cafe to go to.

I've been a big fan of tropical smoothie over the last 3 years but today's visit almost killed me. Literally. My boyfriend and I ordered a pomegranate plunge to share so they split it into two smaller cups. We're enjoying our smoothies when out of no where I start to choke. I cough up a moderately sized piece of saran wrap. When I approached the manager about the piece of plastic in my smoothie she just made me two new ones and sent me on my way.
