Man.. What a bad experience! Nothing too dramatic. But, the sandwich was sooo greasy. Not to mention it wasn't the wrap I ordered. Smoothie had large chunks of fruit that weren't blended well enough. You could barely understand the kid taking the order. He just mumbled incomprehensible syllables. His hands were dirty, and his finger nails hadn't been trimmed in months. I love this place..Great customer service...My daughter love this place!!
I visited this location last week, and I'm guessing due to a problem with their app and technology, the cashier had to scan my card 3 times. ALL 3 charges went through, though he insisted they didn't. I've tried to call the store 4 times, received no answer 3 times, and the 4th was told there was no manager available for another 5 hours. Tried calling their customer service number and they said they couldn't help me at all. Very disappointed in the customer service of the entire company. So good... they even gave me back extra change lol.. but i am a good person, I gave it back:) the smoothies are awesome.
I love the kiwi quencher and the southwest omlet. The atmosphere is also great!
