Why does Tropical Smoothie always takes half hour to 45 minutes to get to drinks. I'm not exactly sure who the manager is of this particular franchise but they need a new one. There is no reason why it should take that long. And then when I was there today they had no change to give people who are paying cash so people were walking out. I myself also asked for a refund because it took 45 minutes and I still didn't have two drinks

It's fantastically good and healthy! The staff is friendly and the store is always clean. I go to the Linden road store in Flint. I don't mind the wait for a healthy treat but my husband won't go with me anymore!
