I always get a good smoothie, however, the customer service is lacking. No hello, can I help you, thank you.....nothing of common courtesy let alone customer service.
Clean, friendly, efficient!!! Love the staff and the food!!

First, the employees are always rude to customers, and then had Went here with some friends on lunch break and not only had I been given an ice cold flatbread, my friend had found a piece of metal inside of their smoothie. Would not recommend.

Bad customer servce. Unfriendly workers, sloppy drink, long wait and just generally not with it. Its gotten worse on Linden rd. A little ridiculous!!#

VERY disappointed in the customer service here lately! It has truly gone way downhill. We weren't greeted or even told it would be a minute when we first walked in...there was ONE person making smoothies for 7 orders. The girl was taking orders and handling money, then scooping smoothie ingredients and never once washed her hands! We watched 4 people walk in then leave because of how slow the service was. We waited 20 minutes for 2 smoothies. Will not be frequenting this location.

The smoothies are watered down. The registers are ALWAYS down. I went in on Saturday, in which the General Manager, Kelly was there. She wasn't welcoming at all. I felt as if she didn't like her job, and it was too early for her to be working. One must realize that they are working with the public. When working with the public, one must greet customers when interacting with them. Honestly, I don't know when my wife and I will be back. Maybe we'll drive out of the way to the Tropical Smoothie on Hill Rd.

It was ok the food was good but there were sum people
I paid $13 for a watered down smoothie and a wrap that was mediocre. Way over priced. I used to love this place. Never again.
