Great food and smoothies! Lots of healthy options to choose from
I am very disappointed in tropical smoothie. I have always loved coming here until recently; I have never put sugar in mine. They used to be delicious, but recently they have no flavor and are mostly ice. They also put up a sign saying if you alter their "tried and regular" recipes they will not give you a refund. So you have to keep your awful smoothie? The "manager" was also rude to my mom the previous day. Maybe they need to train their staff better, or need new management. Boy has this location gone downhill. If I could I give it to zero Stars. Used to be might wait 5 minutes for a smoothie now it's at least 15. They never answer the phone in the morning or even in the afternoon if you want to call in an order. If they can't handle the load of what their business is giving them maybe they need to hire more staff. I love this place !!!! I would recommend this to everyone
Every time I go I get the same thing. Yet depending on the person who makes it and how they feel that day it’s either great, or they short me chicken ,chipotle mayo, or bacon and there’s little to nothing on the sandwich. Strongly disappointed that i pay for food, and I get a shitty sandwich because someone’s not in the mood to make it right
I don’t really hate it. But you have your company van parked in one of only two designated “to go” spots, and that is BS. You shouldn’t take parking away from your customers.
The Service was great. I had the Sunrise Sunset Smoothie and it was delicious. No sugar . Just natural fruit . My family loves it there . Lexington SC
